Our office is open six days a week and welcomes walk-in enquiries during business hours.
The Betaqpulse office is located on Kenyatta Avenue in central Nakuru — a few minutes' walk from the main bus terminus and within easy reach of the Milimani and Section 58 estates. There is street parking directly outside during most of the day. If you are coming specifically to discuss a service engagement, calling ahead is appreciated but not required. For product collection, please call or email first so we can confirm stock availability and have your order ready when you arrive. We do not have a dedicated online booking portal at this time; all appointments are confirmed by phone or email after a brief consultation.
